摘 要 随着学生干部队伍的不断扩大，学生干部的作用越来越重要，充分发挥学生干部的带头作用，对班级的学风建设、社团组织的健康发展等有良好的示范作用。通过对南京某院校在校学生和已经毕业的学生进行问卷调查，对有学生干部经历的学生和普通学生进行调查，研究两种类型的学生在校期间的学业成绩、职业发展，人际交往等，通过调查数据，分析学生干部经历对大学生成长发展的影响，促进高校学生干部队伍的建设，提高培养学生干部的水平。

Abstract With the continuous expansion of the ranks of student cadres， the role of student cadres is becoming more and more important， giving full play to the leading role of student cadres， and has a good demonstration role in the study of class style and the healthy development of community organizations. Through a questionnaire survey of students in a college in Nanjing and students who have graduated， students and ordinary students with student cadres experience are investigated to study the academic performance， career development， interpersonal relationships， etc. of the two types of students during school. Through survey data， analyze the impact of student cadre experience on the growth and development of college students， promote the construction of college student cadres， and improve the level of cadre training.

高校学生干部是大学生队伍中的骨干分子，是引导学生进行自我管理，自我教育的重要力量，也是老师和学生之间的桥梁和枢纽，可以说高校学生干部在未来社会主义建设中将发挥着重要作用，近年来随着高校学生干部队伍的壮大，学生干部经历对大学生在校期间学习成绩，人际交往，今后职业发展等方面的影响开始逐渐显现，此外随着高等教育的蓬勃发展，高校学生组织的迅速发展，学生干部的培养模式和管理方法也发生了巨大变化。基于此，本文通过对南京某院校在校生和毕业五年内的学生进行问卷调查分析，重点对学生干部经历在大学生成长发展中的影响进行实证研究，期望通过此次研究对高校学生干部的培养模式有所裨益。

本次调查对象以南京某院校2014，2015，2016级在校学生，以及毕业五年内的学生进行调查。……
