摘 要 沟通理论提出后，得到了广泛的应用，目前师生沟通很多情况是显性沟通，但实际沟通过程中存在很多隐性沟通，直接影响中学教育效果。本文首先对中学教育管理、中学教育管理与沟通以及师生沟通对实现中学教育管理目标的作用进行了概述，接着分析了师生沟通中存在的问题，并提出了对应的策略，以期促进师生沟通的顺利进行。

Abstract After the communication theory was put forward， it has been widely applied. At present， many situations of teacher-student communication are explicit communication， but there are many hidden communication in the actual communication process， which directly affects the effect of secondary education. This paper first gives an overview of the role of secondary education management， secondary education management and communication， and teacher-student communication in achieving the goal of middle school education management. Then it analyzes the problems existing in the communication between teachers and students， and proposes corresponding strategies to promote teachers and students， and hope that the communication goes smoothly.

溝通理论是由科学行为主义学派提出，主要观点是信息沟通对国际关系就像神经对人体一样，沟通理论提出后，得到了广泛的应用，相比较而言在教育领域的研究较少，鲜有的研究多是人际关系所运用的各种沟能技巧，适合所有年龄段的学生。[1-2]本文重点阐述如何与中学生进行沟通，这是由于目前师生沟通很多情况是显性沟通，但实际沟通过程中存在很多隐性沟通，直接影响中学教育效果。[3]本文针对中学阶段教育管理师生沟通存在的障碍提出了相应的对策，以期使学生学会沟通，使学生的德智体美劳全面发展，也有利于在实践中丰富沟通理论的内容。

1中学教育管理与沟通概述

1.1 中学教育管理

教育管理有宏观和微观之分，微观教育管理是指学校对教育工作的领导和管理，中学教育管理中，大到校长，小到小组长，都可以在一定范围内称之为管理者，中学教育管理的对象首先是人，核心是正确处理人与人的关系，中学教育管理的目的是把学生培养成合格人才，然而中学生仍处于心智不成熟阶段，教师对学生的教育管理难度相对增大。……
