摘 要 民族共同体意识的建设直接影响着中华民族伟大复兴的步伐，我国的国际竞争、公民的生活水平都与共同体意识有直接的联系，当今的国际环境是多极化、全球化，西方语境不断的渗透到各个国家，国家认同、民族共同体意识渐渐弱化，这严重影响了民族认同感，因此，加强中华民族共同体意识、进行相关的德育工作是至关重要的，本文正是基于这一理念出发，以西藏班德育工作为切入点，探讨了如何在民族共同体意识下对西藏班德育工作进行优化，并最终能够促进民族共同体意识的深化。

Abstract The construction of the consciousness of the national community directly affects the pace of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. China's international competition and citizens' living standards are directly related to the community's consciousness. Today's international environment is multi-polar， globalization， and the Western context continues. Infiltration into various countries， national identity， and the consciousness of the national community are gradually weakening， which seriously affects the sense of national identity. Therefore， it is crucial to strengthen the awareness of the Chinese nation community and carry out relevant moral education. This article is based on this concept. Taking Tibet's class moral education work as an entry point， it explores how to optimize the Tibetan class moral education work under the consciousness of the national community， and finally promote the deepening of the consciousness of the national community.

1民族共同體意识下内地西藏班德育工作的实施方法

首先，应着重培养西藏班学生对国家认同感的感知，在德育过程中，抓住感知的德育方法，因为就西藏班而言，感知是情感教育的前提，如果没有对于中华民族文化和本体的感知能力和意识，再多的德育工作也只能是一纸空谈。因此，德育首先需要教育者抓住情感教育，这就是说，应该让学生在对中华民族的体验中去感受民族共同体意识，将这种情感的感知累积起来，也就有了德育的发展空间，内地西藏班的孩子属于特殊群体，他们从西藏来到内地接受教育，由于跟西藏教育硬件软件等方面的对比，他们自然就会产生一种内地的认同感，然而值得注意的是，西藏班的学生还处于冲突期。所以说，对于……
