摘 要 活动是高校院系共青团工作的重要载体，提升院系共青团活动质量意义重大。然而当前两类具有代表性的院系共青团活动都或多或少存在可以改进的地方，有效覆盖面需要提高。高校院系团组织要以习近平总书记重要讲话为根本遵循，在精细化管理培养、发挥青年教师和研究生作用、创新拓展工作格局、优化新媒体、构筑“一心双环”和推进班团一体化、完善“第二课堂成绩单”制度等方面有所作为，谱写新时代高校院系共青团活动新篇章。

Abstract The activity is an important carrier for the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to improve the quality of the activities of the Communist Youth League. However， the current two types of representative faculty members have more or less improved areas， and effective coverage needs to be improved. The colleges and universities of the colleges and universities should follow the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping as the fundamental， follow the fine management， cultivate the role of young teachers and graduate students， innovate and expand the work pattern， optimize new media， build a "one center and two rings" and promote the integration of the group， improve the "Second Class transcripts" system and other aspects to make a difference， and write a new chapter of the Communist Youth League activities in colleges and universities in the new era.

0 绪论

习近平总书记指出：“共青团作为青年在实践中学习中国特色社会主义、共产主义的大学校，必须时刻把为党和人民培养人的工作摆在首位、贯穿始终。”[1]高校共青团在整个共青团工作格局中战略地位明显，活动是高校共青团开展工作的基本方式、彰显活力的生动体现，院系共青团活动又是高校共青团活动的重要载体。本文中的院系共青团活动是指高校院系一级团委（团总支）组织开展的共青团活动，同时包括院系下设各班团支部进行的主题团日活动。本文所指的院系共青团质量是在党的集中统一领导下，院系共青团组织在思想引领、当好党最广泛联系青年的桥梁纽带、服务青年发展成才等方面的成果效益。进一步提升高校院系共青团活动的质量，对于加强和改善“培养人”的工作意义重大。基于此，作者试图对当前具有一定代表性的两类高校院系共青团活动的开展情况进行述评，并结合实践作出进一步提升高校院系共青团活动质量的建议。……
