摘 要 随着互联网信息技术的快速发展，大数据时代随之而来。作为具有重要意义的技术革命，大数据正在影响着人们生产生活的各个方面。随着数据资产对企业的日益重要，大数据时代对企业的财务管理提出了更高的要求。本文重点分析了大数据环境下企业财务管理的现状，面临的挑战，阐释了大数据环境下企业财务管理变革的必要性，然后就大数据时代下企业如何创新优化财务管理给出相应措施，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract With the rapid development of Internet information technology， the era of big data is coming. As a significant technological revolution， big data is affecting all aspects of people's production and life. With the increasing importance of data assets to enterprises， the era of large data sets higher requirements for financial management of enterprises. This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of enterprise financial management under the big data environment， the challenges facing it， explains the necessity of enterprise financial management reform under the big data environment， and then gives the corresponding measures on how to innovate and optimize financial management under the big data era， which has certain practical significance.

0 引言

大數据，顾名思义，就是大规模的海量数据，具有规模大、多样性、高速性、高价值的特点。

企业的财务管理是企业经营管理的核心内容，对企业的经营决策有着极其重要的指导意义，大数据的技术创新对于企业财务管理处理数据的能力提出了更高的要求，为企业全方位洞察分析、精准决策创造了更大的空间。大数据时代的到来对于企业财务管理来说是把双刃剑，既是机遇又面临巨大的挑战。如今企业越来越重视数据资源，企业只有适应环境变化，探索创新财务管理途径，才能掌握核心竞争力，占领时代先机。

1 大数据环境下企业财务管理存在的问题

（1）财务信息存在局限性，质量较差。传统的企业财务管理依靠人员收集、分析数据，效率极低，而且收集到的数据极其有限，数据的精准性更无法保证，这使得财务数据分析不够全面、精确。……
