摘 要 大型开放式网络课程MOOC自2012年在美国顶尖大学陆续设立以来，全世界各大教学机构都争相推出了各自的网络教学平台，但由于办学定位、教育理念、资源禀赋、学术水平、人员配备等方面的不同，建设水平差异较大。目前，国内各个高校基于SPOC平台的改革探索异常活跃，但发展不均衡，呈现水平参差不齐。为了深入贯彻教育部《关于加强高等学校在线开放课程建设应用与管理的意见》（教高[2015]3号）文件精神，进一步深化教学模式和教学手段改革，切实推动信息技术与教育教学的深度结合，促进优质教育资源的应用和共享，提高教育质量，基于SPOC平台的改革实践得到了快速推进，而如何利用好优质的网络教学资源，如何利用好“翻转课堂”、“混合教学”等教学模式，因地制宜，充分调动起教与学之间的积极性和主动性，切实提高教学质量，成为改革的关键，这给高校一线教师提出了新课题、带来了新挑战。

Abstract Since the large open network course MOOC has been set up in the top universities of the United States in 2012， all the major teaching institutions all over the world have been competing for their own network teaching platform， but the level of construction varies greatly because of the differences in school orientation， educational concept， resource endowment， academic level and staffing. At present， the reform of domestic universities based on SPOC platform is extraordinarily active， but uneven development and uneven level. In order to carry out the document spirit of the Ministry of education on "strengthening the application and management of the construction of online open courses in Higher Education" （[2015]3）， further deepening the reform of teaching mode and teaching means， promoting the deep combination of information technology and education and teaching， promoting the application and sharing of high quality education resources. The quality of high education， the reform practice based on SPOC platform has been promoted quickly， and how to make use of good quality network teaching resources， how to make use of the teaching mode of "flipped classroom"， "mixed teaching" and so on， in the light of local conditions， fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative between teaching and learning， and effectively improving the quality of teaching. The key to reform is a new topic and new challenge for front-line teachers in colleges and universities.

1 SPOC环境下教学模式的基本内涵及其特点

当前，基于SPOC环境的教学模式，主要是针对校内大学生设置的开放式网络教学模式，是一种结合了课堂教学与在线教学的混合式學习模式。它区别于课程资源完全开放而学习者又无处不在的MOOC学习模式，SPOC教学模式主要是在大学校园进行的一种新型课堂形式，基于网络技术平台，大量采用视频课件，实施翻转课堂教学，将学生课外自主学习与课内教师有重点地引导启发结合起来，形成师生密切互动、教学相长。……
