【摘要】探讨在非药学专业开设临床药师与药学服务选修课的必要性和教学效果。在选修课临床药师与药学服务课程结束时，采用无记名问卷方式调查某医学院非药学专业对临床药师职业及临床药学的了解、合理用药的认识和学习心得体会。结果表明，该选修课的开设是促进非药学生对临床药师职业的认同和树立合理用药意识的有效途径，有必要在非药学专业医学生中开设选修课临床药师与药学服务。

Significance of Setting up Elective Course of Clinical pharmacist and pharmaceutical service for Non-pharmacy Majors in Medical College

Abstract To explore the necessity and teaching effect of setting up elective course of clinical pharmacist and pharmaceutical service for non-pharmacy majors. After the end of each course， a anonymous questionnaire was used to investigate the understanding of clinical pharmacist's profession and clinical pharmacy， the understanding of rational drug use and the learning comprehension. The results show that the opening of this elective course is an effective way to promote non-pharmacy majors students' identification and awareness of rational drug use. It is necessary to set up elective course of clinical pharmacist and pharmaceutical service for non-pharmacy majors in medical college.

新医疗改革形势下医院药学的工作从传统的药品供应和调剂等保障性服务向建立以病人为中心的药学服务工作模式转变，开展以“合理用药”为核心的临床药学工作。近十年来，为适应临床药学工作的发展需要，我国的临床药学教育和人才培养也得到了飞速的发展。目前已有46 所高校开设临床药学专业或临床药学方向，153家临床药师规范化培训基地[1-3]。药物治疗是临床诊疗活动中非常重要的组成部分，药师作为药物治疗的团队成员是重要的且不可缺少的[4-5]。医学院校非药学专业本科生教育课程设置中，几乎所有的课程都与基础或临床医学相关，与药学相关的仅药理学一门课程。在这样的课程设置下，培养出的医学专业人才对药物治疗的知识了解不多，也对未来的合作伙伴临床药师了解甚少。……
