摘 要：高校学生党支部一般多按专业、年级进行划分，但也存在党员发展不均衡，党员教育培养不足等问题。构建合理的支部设置模式以及党员教育培养体系能够有效地加强本科生党员全程化培养，提升党员教育培养质量，提高党员责任意识，深化朋辈引领作用等，对高校本科生党建工作具有重要作用。

Abstract： Generally， the Party branch of college students are usually determined by majors and grades. However， there are also problems such as unbalanced development of Party members， insufficient education of the Party members and so on. It plays an important role in the work of Party building for college undergraduates to construct a reasonable branch setting model and an education system for Party member， which can effectively strengthen the overall cultivation of undergraduate Party members， improve the quality of the education and the sense of responsibility of Party members， and deepen the leading role of excellent peers.

在2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议中，习近平总书记明确指出：“要加强高校党的基层组织建设，创新体制机制，改进工作方式，提高党的基层组织思想政治工作能力，要做好在高校教师和学生中发展党员工作，加强党员队伍教育管理，使每个师生都做到在党爱党、在党言党、在党为党。”[1]面对信息化数字媒体平台快速发展，社会环境等多方面因素对高校意识形态工作造成强烈冲击的新形势[2]，作为学生教育培养的重要内容，高校学生党建工作需要不断加强学生党支部建设，建立稳固、高效、适应性强的学生党支部，发挥学生党支部的战斗堡垒作用。合格的高校学生党支部，能够作为学生党员发展和优秀人才培养的重要平台，在构建“三全”育人的大思政工作格局中发挥重要作用。当下，高校学生党建工作既面临着新媒体时代下学生思想多样化的冲击，也面临着“全面从严治党”要求下党员教育培养压力增大……
