摘 要：当前任职教育背景下，多数教员教学组织模式单一，与现有信息化教学理念不匹配。信息技术迅猛发展，基于信息化建设的大背景下，教育教学也掀起改革的热潮。信息技术应用于课堂教学，实现教学理念和教学方法的优化，带来教学模式的全新变革，极大地促进课堂教学，带动教学实践。对于任职院校教学来说，基于信息技术，创新教学模式具有现实必要性。文章主要就信息技术在自动化教学中的创新应用进行探讨，明确其教学实施思路，以期实现教学的稳步推进。

Abstract： Most teachers have a single teaching organization model， which is not consistent with the existing information teaching concepts， under the current vocational education background. With the rapid development of information technology， in the context of information construction， the reform of education teaching has also begun. The application of information technology in classroom teaching， accomplished optimization of teaching concepts and teaching methods， bringing about a new reform of teaching model and greatly promotes classroom teaching and teaching practice. It is necessary to innovate the teaching mode based on information technology for teaching in colleges and universities. This paper mainly discusses the innovative application of information technology in automatic teaching， and clarifies its teaching implementation ideas， so as to realize the steady progress of teaching.

随着教育教学改革的深入，发挥信息技术的教学优势，带来教学的高质高效成为共识。在任职教育教学中，借助信息技术，创新教学模式，激发学员主体能动性，通过翻转课堂、微课教学等实现探究式教学、翻转式教学的组织实施，让学员在信息技术的辅助下，对专业学习充满热情，发挥自身能动性，做好抽象知识的把握，理论联系实践，真正做到学以致用。因此探讨信息技术主导下的教学模式的创新优化具有现实必要性，这也是高校教学改革，完善优化课堂教学模式的必经之路。

一、信息化教学的时代背景

任职教育条件下的教学理念的优化创新备受军地教育界的关注。任职教育将学历教育作为基础，将部队岗位工作需求作为职业教育导向，更侧重学员实践技能的训练培养，让学员接受专业技能和知识的教学指导，具备较强的实践应用能力，综合素质高，学以致用，适应工作岗位，服务部队特定岗位需求。……
