摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病重要的微血管并发症，目前尚无令人满意的西医治疗方法。中医中药在糖尿病肾病的治疗上具有一定的优势和特色。中医证候是辨证论治的核心，是中医学对疾病的定位及定性，决策了疾病的治疗方案及用药配伍方法，是现代医学探索中医学、联合中西医的关键切入点之一。运用现代医学的研究技术与手段使糖尿病肾病的中医证候逐步实現客观化及量化，对中医药在糖尿病肾病的认识、诊治及提高疗效中至关重要，更有利于推进中医药发展并促进中西医结合。据此，特结合近年来有关糖尿病肾病中医证候的研究概况，依次从其现代研究方法及证候分布情况、证型与理化指标的相关性，以及代谢组学方法在中医证候研究中的应用3方面展开论述，以期为糖尿病肾病的现代医学研究及临床诊疗提供新思路。

AbstractDiabeticnephropathyisanimportantmicrovascularcomplicationofdiabetesmellitus，whichisstillnosatisfactorytreatmentbywesternmedicineatpresent.TraditionalChineseMedicine（TCM）hassomeadvantagesandcharacteristicsinthetreatmentofdiabeticnephropathy.TCMsyndromeisthecoreofsyndromedifferentiationandtreatment，anditisthelocalizationandqualitativeanalysisofdiseasesinTCM，thedecision-makingofdiseasetreatmentprogram，andthecompatibilitymethodofmedications.ItisalsooneofthekeybreakthroughpointsformodernmedicinetoexploreTCMandtocombineChineseandWesternmedicine.UsingmodernmedicalstudytechnologiesandmeanstomakeTCMsyndromesofdiabeticnephropathygraduallyachieveobjectificationandquantification，itisveryimportantforTCMtorecognize，diagnoseandimprovethecurativeeffectofdiabeticnephropathy，andismoreconducivetopromotethedevelopmentofTCMandtheintegrationofChineseandWesternmedicine.Therefore，combiningwithrecentstudiesontheTCMsyndromeofdiabeticnephropathy，thispaperstartedfromthreeaspectsofitssyndrome，whichwerethemodernresearchmethodsandthedistributionofsyndrome，thecorrelationbetweensyndromesandtheindexofwesternmedicine，andtheapplicationofmetabolomicsinTCMsyndromeresearch，inordertoprovidenewideasformodernmedicalstudyandclinicaldiagnosisandtreatmentofdiabeticnephropathy.

糖尿病肾病（DiabeticNephropathy，DN）作为糖尿病的主要并发症，起病隐匿，病程进展迅速，其患病率更是随着糖尿病患者人数的增长而逐年升高，并成为导致终末期肾脏病（End-stageRenalDisease，ESRD）的重要原因[1]。西医治疗糖尿病肾病虽已取得一些新的进展，可以使患者的病情部分延缓或控制，但长期预后仍不尽如人意。中医中药在诊治该疾病上具有一定的优势和特色。辨证论治是中医学的特色与精髓，也是指导临床诊治疾病的基本法则。……
