摘要 社会经济的快速发展导致我国各类用地之间的竞争日趋激烈，为保证可持续发展，必须对生态用地严加保护。本文以阜平县为例，分析了2009—2014年该县生态用地的时空变化。结果表明，随着建设用地的扩张，生态用地面积逐渐减少，且由成片分布趋于破碎化、分离化。

Space-time Evolution of Ecological Land：A Case Study in Fuping County

Abstract The rapid development of the social economy caused the increasingly fierce competition between the various land in China.In order to guarantee its continual development，it′s necessary to delimit the ecological land space and strongly protect it.Taking Fuping County as a case study，the paper analyzed the space-time evolution between the years of 2009-2014.The results showed that with the expansion of construction land，the eco-logical land decreased，and the distribution tended to be fragmented and separated.

長期以来，社会经济的快速发展不可避免地侵占和破坏了大量具有重要生态功能和生态环境较脆弱的土地，导致区域生态环境日益恶化，严重威胁着人类经济社会的可持续发展。生态用地是指能够改善区域生态环境，具有重要生态系统服务功能，但生态敏感性较高，需要特殊保护的土地[1]。生态用地是实现食物生产和人类空间利用功能的前提，为区域可持续发展提供基本的保障。因此，为统筹推进经济发展、社会和谐与生态文明的建设，满足人类对生态环境质量的需求，必须科学合理地划定生态用地空间，并对其加以保护。

众多专家、学者基于不同角度对生态用地进行了研究：余 健等[2]、张军以等[3]、戴 靓等[4]运用不同的方法对区域生态安全进行了评价，肖 强等[5]、曾 杰等[6]从不同方面对生态系统服务价值进行了测算，龙花楼等[7]、喻 锋等[8]、邓红兵等[9]从不同角度构建了生态用地分类体系。总体而言，我国对于生态用地的研究历时较短，对生态用地划定的研究尚显薄弱。

本文以阜平县为例，从2009年、2014年2期土地利用现状数据中提取出具有生态功能的土地，定量分析其数量结构和景观结构的时空变化特征。……
