基于多源多汇的水资源调度工程

摘要:在我国水资源空间分布严重不均的现状下,为了满足各地区用水量,建立基于多源多汇网络流的水资源战略模型。首先根据主要河流分布和人均水资源情况,将全国分为六个部分,依次利用logistic模型和灰色GM(1,1,)模型计算各区需水量,利用卫星云图得到各地区主要水库间距后,结合实际情况建立多源多汇水资源战略模型,在模型基础上根据我国实际情况提出兴建水库,海水淡化工程,建立污水处理厂三项措施来对水资源战略进行补充。

Abstract: Under the condition of serious uneven distribution of water resources in China, a water resource strategy model based on multi-source and multi sink network flow is established to meet the water consumption in different regions. Firstly, according to the distribution of main rivers and the water resources per capita, the country is divided into six parts. The water requirement of each region is calculated by using logistic model and grey GM(1,1) model in turn. After the main reservoir space of each region is obtained by satellite cloud map, a strategic model of multi source and multi water resources is established in combination with the actual situation, and the model is based on the model. According to the actual situation in China, three measures are proposed to build reservoir, seawater desalination project and sewage treatment plant to replenish water resources strategy.

0 引言

淡水资源匮乏已经成了当前世界很多国家发展的瓶颈。虽然我国是水资源大国,但人均淡水资源只占世界人均淡水资源的四分之一,尤其存在水资源空间分布严重不均的现状新中国成立后,进行了大规模的水利建设,取得了兴利除害的重大成就,我国以占全球约6%的可更新水资源、9%的耕地,支持了占全球22%人口的温饱和经济发展。但是,在水资源开发利用的进程中,也出现了一些更为复杂的新情况和新问题。面临新世纪我国发展的战略目标,我们的水资源能否支持将来16亿人口的食物供应?能否支持社会经济的可持续发展?如何解决我国的洪水、缺水和水质污染[1]?基于这些问题,确定一个高效的、实际可行的、高效率利用成本的合理的水资源战略模型来满足中国供水需求迫在眉睫。
