【摘 要】随着信息科技的发展，现代电子信息新技术也日趋成熟，例如无人侦察机、卫星遥感定位技术和物联网技术等，都在社会各领域得到了广泛的应用。在水利信息管理服务中应用现代电子信息新技术，将能提高信息采集和传输的效率，使水利信息管理服务质量不断得到提升。本文主要分析了现代电子信息新技术的应用意义，并就其在水利信息管理服务中的应用问题进行了探讨，以供参考。

【Abstract】With the development of information technology， modern electronic information and new technologies have also become more mature. For example， unmanned reconnaissance aircraft， satellite remote sensing positioning technology， and Internet of things technology have all been widely used in various fields of society. The application of modern electronic information and new technologies in water conservancy information management services will increase the efficiency of information collection and transmission， and the quality of water conservancy information management services will continue to increase. This paper mainly analyzes the application significance of modern electronic information technology and discusses its application in water conservancy information management services for reference.

隨着水资源日益短缺，如何更科学、合理地开发和利用水资源，已成为世界各国普遍关注和重点研究的课题。在当今信息科技时代，无人侦察机、卫星遥感定位技术和物联网技术等现代电子信息新技术，获得了长足的发展，并在社会各领域得到了日益广泛的应用。在水利信息管理服务中应用现代电子信息新技术，不仅能实现对水资源的信息化管理，促进水利资源有效开发和利用，也能提高水利管理与服务的水平。

1. 信息新技术在水利信息管理服务中应用的意义

水利信息化是我国水利管理发展的主流趋势，其利用无人侦察机、卫星遥感技术及物联网技术等手段，来实现水利信息高速采集与传输，从而极大地提高了水利信息管理服务水平。信息新技术在水利信息管理服务中应用的意义，具体如下：
