【摘 要】企业经营管理过程中，成本控制是最关键最重要的管理内容之一，是实现企业利润最大化的直接途径，对提升企业综合竞争力具有重要意义。论文将从企业管理的角度，讨论成本控制与企业利润最大化之间的关系，并针对性提出有效解决企业内控管理的有效方案，旨在从企业管理角度探究提升企业利润与高效成本管理的方法，为实现企业可持续发展与利润最大化发挥积极作用。

【Abstract】In the process of enterprise management， cost control is one of the most critical and important management contents， and it is a direct way to maximize the profits of enterprises， which has great significance to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. From the perspective of enterprise management， the paper will discuss the relationship between cost control and maximization of enterprise profit， and put forward an effective solution to the internal control management of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to explore the methods of promoting the profit and the efficient cost management of the enterprise from the perspective of enterprise management， and play a positive role in achieving the sustainable development and profit maximization of enterprises.

1 引言

对于企业而言，实现盈利是最基本的发展指标，而实现盈利的基本路径除了提升产品附加值，另一个有效渠道就是合理的控制成本，以有效提升企业总利润。在成本控制方面，传统意义上的成本控制局限于产品的制造成本和服务成本上，但对于现代企业而言，成本管理的范畴要扩大到从供应链管理到售后的每个环节中，成本管理的目标也在逐渐放大。依据企业发展公式：总收益=企业总销售额-总成本，因此在总收入不变的情况下，成本控制效果越好，越接近企业利润的最大化。本文从企业决策者的角度考虑成本控制的有效途径，对实现企业利润最大化具有一定的指导价值。
