摘要：红外水分仪在卷烟厂中的应用是十分广泛的，主要用于测定在生产工艺中的含水率。本文主要介绍了MCT系列的MCT101-T红外水分仪所采用的技术以及主要的元件。然后，简要的说明了该类仪器的安装以及使用步骤，最后介绍了此仪器的日常维护。MCT101-T红外水分仪精度高、稳定性强，在卷烟厂得到了越来越多的应用。

Abstract： The application of infrared moisture meter in cigarette factory is very extensive. It is mainly used to determine the moisture content in the production process. This article mainly introduces the technology and major components used in the MCT101-T infrared moisture meter of the MCT series. Then， a brief explanation of the installation and use procedures of this type of instrument was given. Finally， the daily maintenance of this instrument was introduced. MCT101-T infrared moisture meter has high precision and strong stability， and it has been applied more and more in cigarette factories.

0 引言

在卷烟厂的生产工艺流程中对含水率的检测和控制是一项重要的内容。在烟草行业的不断发展过程中，不论是建设新的制丝车间还是对旧产品的取代，都会越来越多的涉及到含水率测试仪的使用。红外水分仪在卷烟厂含水率的测试中具有重要的作用和意义。其本身的具有稳定性好、精密度高、测试范围广、非接触测试等优点，特别是在安装过程不影响旧的生产线。所以，红外水分仪在卷烟厂中得到广泛的应用。本文在介绍了型号为MCT101-T红外水分仪的基本技术的基础上，简要的说明了该仪器的安装、操作以及日常的维护工作。

1 技术分析

1.1 操作原理 利用红外水分仪测定含水率的主要原理是利用分子中C-H 键、O-H 键、N-H 键对特定波长的红外线的吸收。MCT101-T带有六块滤光镜的转轮可以产生能够被吸收的特定波长的光线，同时产生不被吸收的特定波长的光线。在这些光线通过滤光镜时被反射到物体上，位于传感器内的感光元件接受这些反射光线。……
