摘要：随着当代社会的快速发展，人们对资源的可循环利用和经济可持续发展的认识不断加深，废旧小家电以其特殊性和经济性，理应得到社会的正视和循环利用。探寻合理的回收处理之道已经刻不容缓，努力探寻适合如今中国国情的废旧小家电回收利用方案，促进中国废旧小家电产业健康发展已成为燃眉之急的现实问题。本文以徐州风华园小区为例，采用问卷调查的分析方法，对该小区的废旧小家电回收现状进行相关分析，并给出解决废旧小家电回收诸多问题的相应对策。

Abstract： With the rapid development of modern society， people have deepened their understanding of the recyclable use of resources and the sustainable development of the economy. The use of discarded small household appliances in terms of their particularity and economy should be treated squarely by society and recycled. The search for a reasonable recycling process has been urgently needed. It has become an urgent and pressing problem to strive to find a recycling program for discarded small household appliances that suits China's current situation and promote the healthy development of China's discarded small household appliances industry. This paper takes Xuzhou Fenghuayuan Residential Area as an example， adopts the analysis method of questionnaire survey， analyzes the current situation of the recycling of small and small household electrical appliances in the residential area， and gives the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems of the recycling of used small household appliances.

0 引言

近些年来，由于居民的生活水平不断提高，人们对小家电的需求越来越大，为了顺应市场需求的快速增长，很多大型家电生产企业纷纷转产小家电产品，使生产量急剧上升。但是围绕着废旧小家电的回收问题也一直存在争论。自 《废弃电器电子产品处理基金征收使用管理办法》正式实施以来，对废旧小家电的回收、拆解等方面起了积极推动作用，然而国家对家电的回收政策并没有覆盖到小家电领域。小家电品类技术门槛并不是太高，各家小家电厂商为了能占领市场份额，不断推陈出新小家电产品。另外，90 后的消费者消费能力越来越强，逐渐成为市场消费的主力军，且这部分消费者对新生物品的接受能力强，加快了小家电产品的更新换代。……
