摘要：建设好高职院校实训基地，是为了强化实践性教学环节，为学生搭建一座走向社会的桥梁，是彰显高职教育办学特色、提高教学质量的一项重点工作。结合高職工程测量专业的特点，以作者所在的铜仁职业技学院工程测量实训基地建设为例，对目前高职工程测量专业实训基地的建设现状、存在的问题进行了分析，探讨高职工程测量专业实训基地方面的建设设想，更好的解决高职工程测量专业学生实训的问题。

Abstract： The construction of practical training bases in higher vocational colleges is to strengthen practical teaching links and build a bridge for students to go to society. It is a key work that highlights the characteristics of running higher vocational education and improves teaching quality. Combining the characteristics of Engineering Surveying Specialty in higher vocational education， taking the engineering surveying practical training base of Tongren Polytechnic as an example， the construction status and existing problems of the professional training base for engineering surveying in higher vocational colleges are analyzed and the construction idea of practical training base of higher vocational education is discussed， to better solve the problem of practical training of engineering surveying students.

0 引言

由于工程测量技术专业是实践性非常强的专业，有相应的实践教学环节，学生需要充分利用校内外的工程测量实训基地，进行模拟或现场的技能学习与训练，才能真正掌握工程测量的基本方法和技能。通过在校内外的工程测量实训基地训练，以提升工程测量专业学生的核心职业能力，在校外实训基地的实训可以使学生获取初步的工作经验，为以后学生参与工程测量工作奠定良好的基础。因此，建设好高职院校校内外工程测量的实训基地是一项十分重要的任务，工程测量实训基地建设研究意义重大。以下作者就通过对铜仁职业技术学院工程测量专业实训基地的建设中出现的问题进行研究与探讨，寻求建设好高职工程测量专业实训基地的对策。
