【摘 要】 《古今医统大全》是明代新安医家徐春甫代表作。该书内容涉及广泛，其中卷六、卷七主论针灸，理论、临床皆俱。徐氏在书中推崇《内经》、提倡经络养生，重取穴法、定经长短，强调刺宜从时、针有其法，倡导针药并用，尤尚灸法。该书所涉及的针灸学术思想在当今临床仍具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract：XU Chun-fu（1520-1596），is a Xinan doctor in the Ming dynasty，was a member of the Qilian county in Anhui province. “The Medicial Works Ancient and Modem”is his representative work.The book covers a wide range of topic，including six and seven treatises on acupuncture，theory and clinic.In the book，Xus book promotes the internal classics，the promotion of the meridians，the recuperation method，the length of the flxed length，the emphasis on the acupuncture，the method of acupuncture，the promotion of acupuncture and drug use，especially the moxibustion method.The research of acupuncture and moxibustion in this book still has some guilding significance in todays clinical practice.

《古今醫统大全》又名《古今医统》，在现代已被列为中国“十大医学全书（类书）”之首[1]，为明代医家徐春甫所著。徐春甫（1520年-1596年），字汝元，号东皋，又号思鹤、思敏，新安（今安徽省祁门县）人[2]。徐氏天资聪敏，年少而通儒，曾寓京师，任职于太医院，生平著作甚多，以《古今医统大全》为著。该书内容涉及广泛，包括《内经》要旨、历代圣贤名医传略、各家医论、脉候、运气、经穴、针灸、各科病验诊治、本草、养生、医案验方等等，其中卷六《经穴发明》、卷七《针灸直旨》专论针灸，理论、临证皆俱，见解独到，具有一定临床意义。现将《古今医统大全》中涉及针灸内容总结如下。

1 推崇《内经》，经络养生

徐春甫深入研究并且十分推崇内经，认为“自神农氏开其天，黄帝氏继天创始，与其臣岐伯著《内经》《灵》《素》，为万世医学之鼻祖”[3]82。许国亦称，盖徐君有言“譬之儒家，《内经》尚矣，斯医之“六经”乎！《本草》其《尔雅》也；南阳、河间、东垣其四子书也。惟是六七家言是谓本。业儒者不习本业不可为儒，医不习本业不可为医”[3]2。徐氏在《古今医统大全·翼医通考下·治疗》篇中明确提出，“治疗须法素问”[3]241。……
