摘 要：中药药性的研究一直是中医药界的热门研究，其研究方法也随之多样化。本文通过文献研究方法、实验研究方法等方面进行回顾和梳理，总结出现阶段中药药性的研究方法进展，发现中药药性体系具有复杂性，但是可以通过不断引入新思路、新技术和新手段来深入认知中药药性体系，为深入开展鉴定中药药性的科学研究提供有利的借鉴和参考。

Abstract：The research on the properties of traditional Chinese medicine has been a hot topic in the field of traditional Chinese medicine， and its research methods have also been diversified.This paper reviews and combs the methods of literature research and experimental research，summarizes the progress of the research methods of the drug resistance in the emergence stage，and finds that the drug resistance system is complex，but it can be deeply recognized by introducing new ideas，new technologies and new means to understand the drug property system in depth.The scientific research on the properties of Chinese medicine provides beneficial reference and reference.

中藥药性体系是中医药基本体系的重要组成部分，中药四性（寒、热、温、凉）是中药药性体系的核心[1]。中药药性的研究一直是中医药界的热门研究，其研究方法也随之多样化。因此，将现阶段中药药性的研究方法进行整理和总结，有利于中医药的发展和现代化以及开展中药药性的相关研究。本文从文献研究方法、实验研究方法等方面进行了回顾和梳理，剖析存在的问题，为深入开展鉴定中药药性的科学研究提供有利的借鉴和参考。

1文献研究

中药药性体系的形成历史悠久，首先《黄帝内经》中提出了中药有四性（寒、热、温、凉），之后通过《神农本草经》《本草纲目》等药学经典补充和发展中药药性体系。文献研究是中药药性体系形成的基础，也是一种普遍广泛的中药药性研究方法，当代学者通过搜集考证文献、经典书籍，并整理分析文献中的药性研究成果，进一步发掘和完善中药药性体系。邓家刚[2]等通过研究《神农本草经》《本草纲目》等经典书籍，发现平性药所占比例均在20%以上，从而提出平性药是不属于中药四性并且客观存在的一种独立药性。……
