摘 要：创业孵化机构的建立与发展，为广大创业者提供了方便快捷的融资渠道和发展空间，受到政府的大力支持和广大创业者的青睐。随着供给侧的改革和科技金融的发展，传统的创业孵化机构面临转型和再升级。建立新经济形势下的创业孵化指标体系，可以更好地满足创业者的需要。基于此，本文基于创业孵化平台的发展现状，提出构建创业孵化效果指标体系的对策。

Abstract： The establishment and development of entrepreneurial incubator provide a convenient and quick financing channel and development space for the vast majority of entrepreneurs. It is strongly supported by the government and favored by the vast majority of entrepreneurs. With the reform of supply side and the development of science and technology finance， the traditional entrepreneurial incubator is facing transformation and upgrading. Establishing the index system of entrepreneurialincubation in the new economic situation can better serve the needs of entrepreneurs.Based on this， according to the current development situation of the entrepreneurial incubation platform， this paper put forward the countermeasures for establishing the index system of entrepreneurial incubation effect.

1 文獻综述

关于创业孵化效果的研究论文很少，通过知网检索只查到3篇。其中，2013年2篇，2015年1篇。而各类创业孵化平台的研究论文较多，最早发表的创业孵化平台方面的研究论文是2004年，有75篇。截至目前，在知网上共查到创业孵化平台的研究论文8 764篇。查看对创业孵化效果方面的研究论文，2013年发表的2篇研究论文分别从“创业孵化基地对大学生就业的影响与效果探析”和“基于高校层面谈大学生创业后孵化期可持续发展研究”方向进行了科学研究和论述。“创业孵化基地对大学生就业的影响与效果探析”一文中提出，“孵化园中走出的创业团队成活率并不高，大学生创业团队在离开孵化器后依然无所适从。”[1]“基于高校层面谈大学生创业后孵化期可持续发展研究”论文重点描述了创业孵化基地建设对提高职业技能的6种效果：职业教学理念的新突破，培训形式与内容的新改变，师生实践能力的新提升，重构课程教学内容能力的新提高，制定了各专业学生技能强化训练方案，寻找联合办学新伙伴、开辟实习就业新渠道[2]。……
