摘 要：在教育体制改革的进一步深化实施背景下，加强独立学院思想政治教育工作的创新发展，及时转变教育思想和创新教育模式就成为提高教育水平的基础工作。传统的思想政治教育工作实施中，没有注重方法的科学性，造成教育效率低下的现状，面对新的教学改革发展环境，就要注重教育工作的全面创新发展。文章先就独立学院思想政治教育工作特征以及目标简要阐述，然后分析独立学院思想政治教育工作的作用和现状，最后就独立学院思想政治教育工作的突出问题和工作创新措施详细探究。

Abstract： Under the background of further deepening of educational system reform， strengthening the innovation and development of Ideological and political education in Independent Colleges and changing educational ideas and innovative educational models in a timely manner have become the basic work of improving education level. In the implementation of traditional ideological and political education， we did not pay attention to the scientificalness of methods， resulting in the low efficiency of education. In the face of the new teaching reform and development environment， we should pay attention to the comprehensive innovation and development of education. This paper first briefly describes the characteristics and goals of Ideological and political education in independent colleges， then analyzes the role and status quo of Ideological and political education in independent colleges， and finally explores the outstanding problems and innovative measures of Ideological and political education in independent colleges.

引言

独立学院思想政治教育工作的开展过程中，要以实际为基础，和当前的教学改革发展要求以及目标相结合，注重工作思想观念的转变和创新，符合时代发展的主题。通过对独立学院思想政治教育工作的创新理论研究，就能为实际的教育创新工作的实施，提供相应的理论依据，从而促进教育工作进步发展。

一、独立学院思想政治教育工作特征以及目标

（一）独立学院思想政治教育工作特征体现

独立学院的办学资源比较丰富，也能够共享教育资源，这是借助社会力量进行创建的，所以在办学的特色上就比较独特，教育管理的独立性也比较强，实际运行的机制比较独特，对人才培养的目标也比较独特。思想政治教育工作是通過教育活动来转变人的思政理念，从而对社会主义理论树立正确认识观念，这是将意识形态作为根本的[1]。……
