摘 要：英国高校资助体系内容多元包含助学金、奖学金、助学贷款、混合资助包和助学岗位等，我国的资助体系内容与其类似也有助学金、奖学金、助学贷款、勤工助学岗位，学生在校期间可以同时申请以上的资助形式，该形式类似于英国的混合资助包。中英两国高校的资助体系间的差异，给我国开展高等教育资助工作带来了加大政策宣传、健全资助体系、简化贷款手续、健全信用体系和深化理财教育等启示。

Abstract： The contents of University Funding System in the UK are multivariate， including Grant， Scholarship， Student Loan， Hybrid Aid Package and Off-campus Working Posts， etc. China's contents of Financial Aid System are similar to that， including Grant， Scholarship， Student Loan， Off-campus Working Posts. School students can apply for all the above aid at one time， which is similar to British Hybrid Aid Package. The differences of the Aid Systems between Britain and China provide inspirations for China's carrying out the higher education funding works such as increasing policy advocacy， perfecting the financial aid system， simplifying loan procedures， perfecting credit system and deepening finance-management education.

英國是全球最早推行高等教育的国家之一，对全球的高等教育有着深远的影响，早期受恩格斯国家干预理论影响英国政府承担了大部分的社会福利责任，其中免收学费是标志之一。但是随着经济和政治危机发展，英国高等教育先后经历了免费+助学金[1]、收费+助学金[2]、“先上学后付费”和“差异收费”[3]三个阶段，出台的系列政策都是为了解决贫困学生能够上大学的问题。我国高等教育资助政策发展经历了三个阶段，免收学费+人民助学金，部分收费+其他资助形式，收费+多样性资助体系[4]，我国高校经济困难学生比例比较大，稳妥解决贫困大学上学的问题是高校学生事务工作中一件大事，研究和分析英国大学生资助政策体系、工作机制等对完善我国高校大学生资助体系有重要的借鉴意义，本文系统分析了英国高等教育学生资助政策体系内容、特点以及对我国的启示等方面展开了深入研究，为我国高校进一步做好贫困大学生的资助工作提供理论参考。……
