【摘 要】近几年，我国城市化建设进程不断加快，民用建筑工程的数量不断增多，人们对民用建筑水电工程的施工要求标准也不断提高，水电工程施工质量控制的作用也逐渐凸显出来。基于此，论文论述了民用建筑水电安装工程施工中存在的主要问题，并分析了问题的原因。同时，对加强民用建筑水电安装工程施工质量控制的相关措施进行了探讨，希望能够为施工人员提供有价值的参考。

【Abstract】In recent years， the process of urbanization in China has been accelerated， the number of civil construction projects has been increasing， and people's requirements of construction standard of civil architecture water and electrictiy engineering are also continuously increasing， and the role of construction quality control of civil building hydropower ater and electricity projects has been gradually highlighted.Based on this， the paper discusses the main problems existing in the construction of the civil architecture water and electricity installation， and analyzes the causes of the problems.At the same time， it probes into the relevant measures to strengthen the construction quality control of the civil architecture water and electricity installation project， hoping to provide valuable reference for the construction personnel.

1 引言

随着经济社会的高速发展，人们的生活质量不断提高，对与其相关的民用建筑水电安装工程的质量方面也提出了更高的要求。近几年，社会上频繁出现由于水电安装质量不过关导致的漏电事故、火灾事故，严重影响了人们的正常生活。因此，必须从导致这些安全事故发生的源头进行分析，提出有效的防控措施。而水电安装工程的施工，正是解决这一问题的关键。

2 民用建筑水电安装工程施工中的问题及原因分析

2.1 民用建筑排水系统问题分析

在民用建筑排水系统中，出现问题的部分主要有三个方面：一是在管道、部件的安装部位，容易出现漏水、渗水的情况，造成这一问题的主要原因可能有以下几个方面：管道发生断裂、弯曲或裂缝问题；给排水系统中有裂缝或砂眼问题；管道的薄厚不均匀。二是在安装管道或支架的过程中，坐标尺寸及施工位置并不合理，导致管道在使用过程中出现松动或断裂的情况；……
