【摘 要】“一带一路”倡议的提出与实践为我国对外贸易发展带来了前所未有的机遇和丰厚的经济成果。如何利用其发展过程中积累的丰富数据资源，引领对外贸易发展已成为重要研究课题。海外投资私营企业在”一带一路”发展中扮演了重要角色。我们提出搭建多元化国际贸易融合态信息服务体系，实现合理管理与引导，从而推动其不断健康与蓬勃发展。

【Abstract】The proposal and practice of " the Belt and Road" have brought unprecedented opportunities and rich economic achievements to the development of China's foreign trade. How to make use of the abundant data resources accumulated in the process of its development and lead the development of foreign trade has become an important research topic. Overseas investment private enterprises play an important role in the development of " the Belt and Road". We propose to set up an information service system of fusion state for diversified international trade to realize the rational management and guidance， so as to promote its healthy and vigorous development.

1 引言

随着习近平主席“一带一路”倡议的提出，国内优势产品在“一带一路”沿线开辟了广阔的贸易出口市场，为我国经济相对落后的西部省份带来了新的发展机遇。目前建立海上丝绸之路和陆上丝绸之路沿线的对外贸易合作国家已有60余个，总投资额超过了9260亿美元。“一带一路”的贸易范围涉及基础设施、物流、贸易、电子商务、金融与专业服务、能源、文化与旅游等众多领域，为私营经济创造了前所未有的广阔空间。

在对外贸易的繁荣发展过程中，一些问题逐渐显现：政府宏观规划和管理不完善；私营企业在海外投资经验不足，对外投资产业结构不平衡等等，都在制约私营企业海外投资的发展，如何能通过数据信息科学技术有效引导私营经济的对外经济贸易活动将成为我们需要探讨的问题。
