【摘 要】论文以炸药生产企业设备现代化管理的几种方法作为研究对象，通过对炸药生产企业设备现代化管理的重要性进行简单阐述，进而分别从炸药生产企业设备现代化管理的方法以及设备现代化管理的功能两方面进行详细的研究与分析。论文旨在为炸药生产企业设备现代化管理方法的研究提供参考性建议，并为企业设备的现代化管理发展提供积极的促进作用。

【Abstract】The paper takes several methods of modernization management of equipmentof explosive production enterprises as the research object.Through the brief analysis on the importance of modernization management of equipment of explosive production enterprises， the methods and functions of modernization management of equipment of explosive production enterprises are studied and analyzed in detail.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference suggestions for the study of modernization management methods of equipment of explosive production enterprises and provide positive promotion for the development of modernization management of equipment of explosive enterprises.

1 引言

近年来，现代化管理不断在我国各个行业领域被应用引进，并形成了设备现代化管理的趋势。该种趋势对我国传统的炸药生产企业也产生了积极的影响，推动着炸药生产企业引进信息化、现代化的设备管理方法。基于此，本文对炸药生产企业设备现代化管理方法进行了简析。

2 炸药生产企业设备现代化管理的重要性

随着近年市场经济的飞速发展，逐渐形成了竞争压力较大的市场经济环境，各个企业均开始寻求高质高效的发展，将现代化的设备管理技术以及管理体系进行引进[1]。现代化的设备管理体系与技术不仅在一定程度上促进企业的运行效率提升，降低企业的生产成本，而且还在一定程度上降低生产企业中安全事故的发生几率。因此，在炸药生产企业中引进并实施现代化的设备管理也将在一定程度上对炸药生产企业的现代化发展提供积极的推动作用，促进炸药生产企业摒弃传统设备管理中的缺点，形成与时俱进的发展进步趋势。……
