[摘要] 目的 探讨对慢性肾脏病患者实施优质护理的临床效果。方法 方便选取2014年5月—2015年5月在该院就诊的50例慢性肾脏病患者作为研究的对象，进行回顾性分析，根据不同的护理方式，分为对照组和护理组。对照组患者给予常规的药物治疗和常规的护理，给予患者病情的观察和记录以及对患者的用药指导；护理组的患者在常规用药的基础上给予优质的护理，观察对比两组患者的平均住院时间、对护理的满意程度以及是否出现不良的反应，比较两组患者的生活质量情况。结果 护理组患者的平均住院时间35.8 d低于对照组患者54.6 d，两组患者的平均住院时间之间差异有统计学意义（P=0.001）。护理组患者的满意程度93%明显的优于对照组患者的满意程度62%（P=0.001），护理组患者出现的不良反应15%，对照组32%，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P=0.002），护理组患者的生活质量（100.56±10.87）分优于对照组（93.12±10.34）分，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P=0.004）。 结论 慢性肾脏病患者实施优质护理效果良好，对患者的病情康复有很大的帮助，在临床护理上可以进行大力的推广和应用。

Implementation Effect of Excellent Nursing of Patients with Chronic Renal Disease

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of excellent nursing of patients with chronic renal disease. Methods 50 cases of patients with chronic renal diseases diagnosed in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were convenient selected for review， and divided into two groups according to different nursing ways， and the control group used the routine drugs treatment and routine nursing， and the patients were for observation and the medication guidance of patients was recorded， and the nursing group used the excellent nursing on the basis of the routine drugs， and the average length of stay， nursing satisfactory degree and adverse reactions or not were compared between the two groups， and the quality of life was compared between the two groups. Results The average length of stay in the nursing group was lower than that in the control group（35.8 d vs 54.6 d）， and the difference was big with statistical significance（P=0.001）， and the satisfactory degree in the nursing group was obviously better than that in the control group（93% vs 62%）（P=0.001）， and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the nursing group and in the control group was respectively 15% and 32%， and the difference was obvious （P=0.002）， and the quality of life in the nursing group was better than that in the control group[（100.56±10.87）points vs （93.12±10.34）points]， and the difference was statistically significant（P=0.004）. Conclusion The excellent nursing of patients with chronic renal diseases is good， which is of great help to the disease recovery of patients， and it can be greatly promoted and applied in clinical nursing.

慢性腎脏病是由于各种原因引起肾功能的障碍、肾脏结构问题。慢性肾脏病患者的病情康复不能简单地依靠药物的治疗，在临床的护理上也要采用科学先进的护理方式有效地控制慢性肾脏病患者的健康恢复，提高慢性肾脏病患者的发病[1-2]。随着医疗卫生条件的不断改善，医院的服务水平的不断提高，在对患者的临床护理上采用优质护理的方式，以患者为中心，强化护理基础，提升护理的质量和效果，并取得良好的临床护理的效果。……
