【摘要】 目的：探讨医护一体化护理模式在永久起搏器植入术后患者早期功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法：将60例永久起搏器植入术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规的方法进行术后早期功能锻炼，观察组则实施医护一体化护理模式进行术后早期功能锻炼，观察比较两组患者术后早期不适症状和并发症发生率、平均住院天数及患者对医疗护理工作的满意度等指标。结果：观察组患者焦虑情绪、肩关节不适等术后早期不适症状发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者平均住院日短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：实施医护一体化护理模式能减少患者术后不适症状，缩短平均住院天数，从而提高患者的满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application of integrated nursing care model in early functional exercise after permanent pacemaker implantation.Method：60 cases of breast cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，the control group received routine early postoperative functional exercises，the patients in the observation group took implementation of integrated nursing care model for early postoperative functional training，the early symptoms and complications，the average length of stay and satisfaction of patients with medical care of the two groups were observed.Result：In the observation group，the incidence of symptoms of early postoperative discomfort，such as anxiety and shoulder discomfort，were lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The average hospital stay in the observation group was lower than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of integrated nursing care model can reduce postoperative discomfort symptoms，shorten the average length of stay，so as to improve the satisfaction of patients.

2016年至今，筆者所在科实施医护患一体化护理模式，加强对永久起搏器植入术后患者早期功能锻炼的管理，促使永久起搏器植入术后患者早期不适症状的发生率下降，缩短平均住院天数，提高患者的满意度，取得良好效果，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择心血管内科符合入组标准的永久起搏器植入术后的60例患者为研究对象。入组标准：（1）符合2012年ACCF/AHA/HRS永久起搏器植入术的I类或Ⅱa类适应证并收治入笔者所在科行永久起搏器植入术的患者。（2）有基本的阅读和理解能力。排除标准：（1）有影响功能锻炼的身体障碍者。（2）未按规定配合治疗，无法判断疗效者。将60例永久起搏器植入术后的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组男13例，女17例；年龄49～91岁，平均（70.50±10.42）岁；……
