【摘要】 目的：分析研究甘精胰島素加入瑞格列奈进行治疗的临床效果。方法：利用随机数字表法，将56例入院接受2型糖尿病治疗的患者均分为两组，观察组28例，给予甘精胰岛素液加上瑞格列奈的治疗；对照组28例，给予精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液（诺和灵30R）。记录两组患者的治疗总有效率、空腹时血糖数值、糖化血红蛋白数值及不良症状发生率。结果：接受治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率（96.43%）显著高于对照组（75.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的空腹血糖数值（6.5±1.2）mmol/L，明显比对照组的（7.7±1.4）mmol/L少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组糖化血红蛋白（6.4±1.1）%，显著低于对照组的（7.5±1.2）%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的不良症状发生率（3.57%）也显著少于对照组（21.43%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈的结合能有效改善2型糖尿病患者的身体状况，高效控制血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白的数值，降低不良症状的发生率，具有较显著的临床作用，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and study the clinical effects of Insulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method：56 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus and who admitted in our hospital were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The observation group of 28 cases were treated with Insulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide solution，while the control group of 28 cases were given Isophane Protamine Biosynthetic Human Insulin Injection（Novolin 30R）.Then，the total effective rate，fasting blood glucose value，glycosylated hemoglobin value and adverse symptom rate of two groups of patients were recorded.Result：After treatment，the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.43%，which was significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group（P<0.05）.The fasting blood glucose value in the observation group was （6.5±1.2）mmol/L，which was significantly less than （7.7±1.4）mmol/L in the control group（P<0.05）.The glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group was （6.4±1.1）%，which was significantly lower than （7.5±1.2）% in the control group（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse symptoms in the observation group was 3.57%，which was also significantly less than 21.43% in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The Insulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide which can effectively improve the physical condition of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus，effectively control the blood sugar level and the value of glycosylated hemoglobin，and reduce the incidence of bad symptoms，thus it has more prominent clinical effect and it is worthy to be promoted.

糖尿病，是以高血糖为临床诊断主要特征的代谢性疾病，同时也分属于内分泌系统问题的疾病[1]。人体空腹时正常的血糖一般为6.1 mmol/L以下，饭后（通常为2 h以后）血糖正常数值为7.8 mmol/L，明显高于这个数值即可判定为高血糖患者[2]。现阶段，医学上并未研究出根治糖尿病的有效办法，临床上多致力于控制血糖的浓度，降低并发症发生的概率[3]。但即使是这样，采用单纯口服降糖药物的方法在很多情况并不能取得理想的结果[4]。因此，在此基础上，临床上通常采取降糖药物的服用联合胰岛素治疗的方案。本研究在此基础上，给予2型糖尿病患者甘精胰岛素加入瑞格列奈联合治疗，目的是检验和分析其临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2015年1月-2017年1月到笔者所在医院接受诊治的56例糖尿病患者，患者均经过检查，排除具有关键器官功能障碍、严重认知问题、重度精神疾病、肠胃疾病及其他不利于研究的患者。……
