摘要：介绍了RFID技术原理，提出了基于RFID技术的白酒灌装厂中转立体仓库工作流程和管理系统功能模块，并以白酒产品实例对立体仓库货架规格和厂房尺寸进行了理论计算，最后对白酒灌装厂中转立体仓库进行了展望，为白酒行业的发展提供借鉴。

Abstract： Civil Engineering Major in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate applied talents of the society， with the constant improvement of project information management， raising the level of information technology in civil engineering students is to adapt to the inevitable requirement of building the new normal development in our country. Based on the value of the application of information technology in the Civil Engineering Major in higher vocational colleges， this paper expounds the present situation of information technology in the application of Civil Engineering Major in higher vocational colleges， and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the application of information technology in Civil Engineering Major in higher vocational colleges. Finally， it discusses the effect of information technology in higher vocational colleges.

0 引言

随着工业自动化的快速发展，人力成本的不断上升，各大白酒企业在提高品牌效应的同时均在尝试向自动化、智能化酿造转型升级，向智能酿造工厂目标靠近，以提高生产效率、降低成本。灌装生产线的优劣直接关系着企业产品质量、食品安全、生产效率及企业效益[1]，与灌装生产线配套的成品酒仓库和包材仓库直接影响整个灌装厂的效率。白酒行业属于传统行业，整体自动化水平较低，对现有工艺改进和优化，充分发挥机械化和自动化的优势，提高生产效率，降低劳动强度，实现资源的合理化配置[2-4]，是各大酒企共同的目标。同时，在工业4.0和人口红利消失的新时代，传统的白酒制造模式面临转型升级，基于RFID的白酒灌装厂中转立体仓库是提升灌装厂整体效率的有效途径。基于RFID技术，设计白酒灌装生产线匹配的中转立体仓库，提出了中转立体仓库工作流程，并对立体库货架和厂房尺寸进行了理论计算，为白酒行业的发展提供借鉴。
