摘要： 高职院校土建类专业是培养社会应用型人才的，随着工程项目信息化管理的不断完善，提升土建类专业学生的信息化水平是适应我国建筑新常态发展的必然要求。本文立足于信息化技术在高职院校土建类专业应用的价值，并以此作为切入点，阐述信息化技术在高职土建类专业应用的现状，提出完善信息化技术在高职土建类专业应用的对策，最后论述信息化技术在高职院校应用的效果。

Abstract： Civil Engineering Major in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate applied talents of the society， with the constant improvement of project information management， raising the level of information technology in civil engineering students is to adapt to the inevitable requirement of building the new normal development in our country. Based on the value of the application of information technology in the Civil Engineering Major in higher vocational colleges， this paper expounds the present situation of information technology in the application of Civil Engineering Major in higher vocational colleges， and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the application of information technology in Civil Engineering Major in higher vocational colleges . Finally， it discusses the effect of information technology in higher vocational colleges.

0 引言

土建类专业是培养社会建筑应用人才的重要学科，党的十九大报告明确提出要完善职业教育和培训体系，建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军。随着我国建筑市场智能化技术的不断发展，实现网络化管理成为当前建筑市场发展的主要趋势。高职院校学生作为未来建筑市场的主力军，培养他们的信息化技术是提升高职院校学生就业能力、适应我国建筑行业发展的必然要求。

1 信息化技术在高职土建类专业应用的价值

2012年3月教育部发布的《教育信息化十年发展规划（2011-2020年）》提出，职业教育信息化是培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才的重要支撑。随着我国建筑行业新技术的不断发展，尤其是“互联网+”战略的实施大大提升了建筑领域的信息技术，例如CAD制图技术的应用、BIM技术在建筑设计等领域的推广等等要求土建类专业的学生要掌握相应的信息化技术。……
