摘要： 海绵城市的主要建设原因就是确保城市在发展中具备更为显著的变化弹性，能对雨水进行有效的吸收和储存，这对于后期的有效利用也将提供较大的帮助。所以，对于海绵城市的市政道路人行道施工也应该引起充分的关注，也就是在实际工作中加强对排水渠道和路面工程的交错，只有这样才能确保排水性能对地下水储水性能的稳定提升。针对这种情况，本文就将对当前海绵城市市政道路人行道施工展开研究，进一步分析这项工作的主要技术要点，希望对这项工作的开展起到更大的帮助作用。

Abstract： The main reason for the construction of the sponge city is to ensure that the city has more significant changes in the development of the elasticity， can effectively absorb and store rainwater， which will also provide great help for the effective utilization in the later period. Therefore， the municipal road sidewalk construction in a sponge city should also be given full attention. That is， the intertwining of drainage channels and pavement works should be strengthened in practical work. Only in this way can the stability of groundwater storage performance be improved by the drainage performance. In view of this situation， this article will study the construction of the current municipal road pavement in the sponge city， and further analyze the main technical points of this work， hoping to play a great role in the development of this work.

0 引言

海绵城市的定义和功能上进行综合来说，就是城市要对自然灾害等外部环境变化进行有效适应，所以这项工作具备良好的弹性，能实现对雨水的吸取、渗透和净化，并且对这些积蓄的水实现有效利用，最终才能借助自然或是人工结合的手段，切实满足生态优先的工作原则，这对于雨水进行合理利用和生态保护也将提供十分显著的帮助和影响作用。为此，本文也将对海绵城市的市政道路人行道施工技术要点进行研究，希望对我国城市发展和市政建设提供积极的影响。

1 人行道施工的前期準备工作
