摘要： 随着城市发展进度越来越快，目前我国提出了海绵城市建设理念也受到了更多地区的反馈和实践海绵城市建设体系实施中道路设计中重要的一环，能够有效的推动城市发展，并且改善城市居民的生活水平。我国南部沿海城市或其他多雨地区，当气候到達雨季时会由于降水量较大，给当地的市政及排水系统造成巨大的压力，导致城市内部在雨季容易出现内涝情况，严重的影响到城市居民的正常出行和生产生活，为了解决这一问题，许多城市都结合自身情况，提出了海绵城市建设理念，对于城市中原有的市政道路建设进行升级改造。

Abstract： With the rapid progress of urban development， the concept of spongy city construction has been put forward in China and received more feedback and practice from more regions. It can effectively promote the urban development in the road design in the implementation of the construction system of sponge city， and improve the living standards of urban residents. In southern China's coastal cities or other rainy regions， when the climate reaches the rainy season， the rainfall will be large， which will cause great pressure on the local municipal and drainage systems. This will lead to internal guilt within the city during the rainy season， seriously affecting the normal travel and production life of urban residents， in order to solve this problem， many cities have combined their own situation， put forward the concept of sponge city construction， and upgrade the original municipal road construction in the city.

0 引言

我国推行海绵城市的城市数量越来越多，也为更多的关于海绵城市的研究工作提供了实验田。从近几年各地实行的结果来看，采用海绵城市的建设理念确实在一定程度上可以缓解城市内涝情况，并且还能实现城市用水来源的多样化，对城市雨水进行有效的利用，节约了城市用水资源，应和绿色城市可持续发展的概念。

1 海绵城市建设理念

海绵是一种吸水能力极强的物质，海绵城市则是象征城市的即排水供应能像海绵一样，有效的吸收多余水分，帮助城市发挥正常的生产生活作用，海绵城市的具体体现为在城市的建设过程中，通过定点设置若干地块，安装吸水性能良好材料作为海绵体，这些海绵体主要安置在城市的休闲区和生活区，当季节到达雨季产生大量降水时，雨水可以在每一块提前布置好的海绵地块内被消化掉。……
