摘要： 锅炉和压力容器是承压类特种设备中的重要组成部分，目前在工业生产与日常生活中都有着广泛的应用。由于锅炉压力容器的质量直接影响着工业生产安全，因此必须对锅炉压力容器进行检验，以确保其产品质量。然而，在检验过程中是存在危险点的，可能会对进行检验工作人员的人身安全造成一定的威胁，为了确保锅炉压力容器检验工作能够有效率、有质量、安全的进行，本文将对检验中存在的危险点进行分析，提出相应的对策，旨在提高锅炉压力容器检验的安全性和检验效率，希望能够对此项工作提供有价值的参考。

Abstract： Boilers and pressure vessels are important components in special pressure equipment， and they are widely used in industrial production and daily life. Since the quality of boiler pressure vessels directly affects the safety of industrial production， boiler pressure vessels must be inspected to ensure the quality of their products. However， if there is a dangerous point in the inspection process， it may pose a certain threat to the personal safety of the inspection personnel. In order to ensure the efficiency， quality， and safety of the boiler pressure vessel inspection work， this article will analyze the dangerous points in the inspection and propose corresponding countermeasures to improve the safety and efficiency of the boiler pressure vessel inspection， which can provide a valuable reference for this work.

0 引言

锅炉压力器是一种在工业生产及日常生活中占据着特殊地位的承压类特种设备，在不同的行业中锅炉压力器的用处也不同，同时要求的质量标准也有所不同[1]。锅炉压力容器由于介质及较高的工作压力的特殊性，生产中是具有很高危险性的，不仅仅是因为在使用过程中，锅炉压力器要承受非常高的温度和压力，因此，在特种设备系统中，对于锅炉压力容器本体质量的重视程度远高于其他设备。为了能够保证在具体的使用过程中锅炉压力器可以安全、正常的使用，需要对其进行规范化管理，同时也需要定期检验检测，以排除危险点，让锅炉压力容器能够发挥出最佳的利用价值。
