摘 要：检索2016年12月以前公开发表于国内学术期刊、主题为品管圈活动应用于医院高危药品管理的中文文献，对相关文献进行分析。发现文献发表的地域分布较广，通讯作者以药师和护士为主、且主要是初级职称人员。医院开展品管圈活动发现了高危药品存在的问题，也提出了相应的对策，有效地促进了高危药品的管理；然而，操作者在主题选定、真因验证、对策拟定以及对策标准化等方面还存在一定程度的不规范。

Application of Quality Control Circle Activities in the Literature of High-alert Medication Administration in Hospitals

Abstract：To search for Chinese documents that were publicly published in domestic academic journals before December 2016 and whose themes were quality control circle activities applied to high-alert medication management in hospitals，and analyzed related documents.The geographical distribution of the published literature was found to be relatively wide.The authors of the correspondence were mainly pharmacists and nurses，and were mainly junior professional titles.The hospital carried out quality control activities and discovered the problems of high-alert medication，and also put forward corresponding countermeasures，which effectively promoted the management of high-alert medication，however，the operators selected topics，verified the truth，developed countermeasures，and standardized countermeasures.There is also some degree of irregularity.

高危药品的概念最早由美国医疗安全协会于1995年提出，其原文是high-alert medication，又译为高警讯药品或高警示药品；并定义为药理作用显著且迅速，易危害人体，在使用错误时，有很高的概率对患者造成明显的伤害或者危险的药物[1]。由于“高危”的特点，其在临床一线的管理一直是医疗安全管理的重点和难点[2]。因此，临床医护人员在不断探索应用新方法和新手段促进高危药品的临床合理管理和应用。品管圈活动是指在相同、相近或者互补性质工作场所的人们主动组成几人一圈的活动团队，按照一定的活动程序，采取科学的统计工具和方法，集思广益、群策群力来解决工作中的问题，是一种能够提高工作效率，提升服务质量的管理工具[3]。近年来，国内关于品管圈活动应用于医院高危药品管理的报道较多。这些报道的主题稍有差别，活动质量也参差不齐。……
