摘要：本文分析了标准化作业在企业精益生产中运用的具体方法，阐明了什么是标准化及标准化作业，标准化作业的具体步骤，以及工业工程方法的运用，以及标准化作业推进对企业精益生产带来的好处。通过标准化作业的推进，不仅达成了企业SQCDM的指标，而且能给企业带来很大的利润及夯实了企业的核心竞争力。

Abstract： This article analyzes the specific methods of standardization operations used in the lean production of enterprise， clarifies the definition of standardization and standardization operations， the specific steps of standardization operations and the application of industrial engineering methods， and the advantages of standardization operations in the lean production of the company. Through the advancement of standardization operations， not only the company's SQCDM indicators have been reached， but also it can bring great profits to the company and reinforce the company's core competitiveness.

1 标准化作业概述

1.1 标准化作业目的

标准化作业的目的是通过必要的、最少数量的作业人员进行生产。在很多企业中，标准化作业的第一个目标是通过消除无效动作，进行有效率的劳动实现较高的生产率。在标准作业的过程要素中，每名作业人员应该执行的各种作业的标准顺序被称为标准化作业顺序。第二个目标，是实现与准时生产有关的各工序间的同步化（生产线平衡），为此必须把节拍这个概念很好地贯穿到标准作业中去。第三个目标是把在制品的标准持有量限定在必要的最小数量，在消除多余的在制品库存方面发挥作用。

1.2 标准化定义

有关重复（循环）进行的活动，将作业方法和要求制定为标准，然后根据标准进行作业的活动叫做标准化。标准化由制定标准、发行、实施、修订标准的过程构成；标准就是已经确定的工作的规则（无规矩不成方圆）；标准就是样板，是所有工作的依据、基础（刘翔100米栏12.88，最好12.51）；标准显示了迄今为止所能想到的关于物品的状态及工作的做法中最完善、最优秀的一面；……
