[摘要] 目的 探讨综合护理在糖尿病护理中的应用效果。 方法 纳入2016年6月—2017年4月90例糖尿病患者以数字表法分组。常规护理组进行常规化护理干预，综合护理组采取的护理模式是综合护理。比较效果。 结果 综合护理组糖尿病患者对护理服务满意度、疾病认知、遵医行为、血糖控制水平、不良反应优于常规护理组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理在糖尿病护理中的应用效果确切，效果确切。

Observation on Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Diabetes Patients

[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in diabetes patients. Methods 90 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the routine nursing group used the routine nursing intervention， while the comprehensive nursing group used the comprehensive nursing， and the effect was compared between the two groups. Results The satisfactory degree to the nursing service， disease awareness， compliance， blood glucose control level and adverse reactions in the comprehensive nursing group were better than those in the routine nursing group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in diabetes patients is definite.

糖尿病是一种常见的慢性代谢性疾病，也是终身性疾病，需终身接受治疗，但大多数糖尿病患者受文化程度限制和医疗知识缺乏的影响，对糖尿病认知不足，可产生不良心理和治疗依从性低下的情况，影响血糖控制工作的顺利进行，可引起各种糖尿病并发症如糖尿病足、糖尿病眼病和肾病等，甚至可影响患者生命安全 [1-2]。該研究于2016年6月—2017年4月分析了综合护理在糖尿病护理中的应用效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

纳入90例糖尿病患者以数字表法分组。综合护理组男29例，女16例；年龄35～68岁，平均（45.21±2.12）岁。糖尿病病程最短3年，最长18年，平均（8.13±0.71）年。常规护理组男28例，女17例；年龄35～69岁，平均（45.26±2.17）岁。糖尿病病程最短3年，最长18年，平均（8.12±0.76）年。两组一般资料差异无统计学意义。

1.2 方法

常规护理组进行常规化护理干预，综合护理组采取的护理模式是综合护理。①环境护理。创造温湿度适宜、安静的环境，并注意调节光线，减轻环境对患者的不良应激。②疾病教育。对患者介绍糖尿病知识，说明饮食、运动、用药等对血糖波动的影响，介绍血糖自我监测方法、作用。……
