摘 要： 文章在分析“互联网+”对计算机基础教学影响的基础上，从教学理念、教学模式、分层次分专业教学、考核方式和师资队伍建设等方面探究了“互联网+”时代计算机基础教学改革措施，使计算机基础课程更具活力，充分发挥学生的主体地位，促使学生的计算机操作能力得到更有效地提升。

Research on the reform of applied undergraduate college basic computer

teaching in the "Internet plus" era

Abstract： On the basis of analysis of the influence of "Internet plus" on the computer teaching， from the aspects of teaching philosophy， teaching mode， hierarchical teaching， assessment methods and construction of teaching staff etc.， the reform measures of basic computer teaching in "Internet plus" era are explored to make the computer basic courses more vigorous and give full play to students' dominant position， so that students' computer operation ability can be improved more effectively.

0 引言

“互聯网+”，通俗来讲指的是“互联网+各个传统行业”，是以互联网为平台，利用信息技术将传统行业与互联网进行充分融合的一种新形态。在当今信息化社会中，互联网具有高效、快捷、方便传播的特点，“互联网+教育”是互联网与教育相结合的一种全新的教育形式，为教育领域带来一场信息化变革。

计算机基础是全国各高校均开设的一门非计算机专业的公共必修基础课。通过该课程的学习，使学生能够正确理解计算机基本知识和基本概念，熟练掌握Windows的基本操作、能够运用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等软件解决日常工作和学习中遇到的问题，提高打字速度，掌握Internet的基本应用。因此，计算机基础是一门应用性很强的课程，旨在培养学生掌握基本的计算机操作技巧，使之能够解决学习、生活中遇到的实际应用问题。应用型本科院校以培养应用型人才为使命，注重培养学生的实践能力和应用技能。应用型本科院校的计算机基础教学注重对学生计算机操作能力的培养和提升。……
