摘 要： 针对传统医疗共享平台一直存在医疗信息共享效率低、共享量差的问题，提出并设计了云计算下基于集成技术的大型医疗信息共享平台。在分析大型医疗信息共享平台设计必要性的基础上，引入集成技术，分析网络接入方式，选取适合的连接方式，构建基于集成技术的大型医疗信息共享平台。实验结果表明，采用改进平台在对大型医疗信息进行共享时，其共享效率及共享量，相比传统共享平台，具有一定程度的提高，实用性较强。

Abstract： As the traditional medical sharing platform has long?existing problems of low sharing efficiency and small sharing amount of medical information， a large?scale medical information sharing platform under cloud computing is proposed and designed based on the integration technology. On the basis of analyzing the design necessity of the large?scale medical information sharing platform， the integration technology is introduced， the network access mode is analyzed， and the appropriate connection mode is selected， so as to construct the large?scale medical information sharing platform based on the integration technology. The experimental results show that in comparison with the traditional sharing platform， the improved platform has better sharing efficiency and larger sharing amount in large?scale medical information sharing， which has strong practicability.

目前已有多家医院各自建立了较为完善的医疗信息系统，大型医院甚至建立了医学图像存档与通信系统[1]。对医疗信息进行共享是在相同区间里不同层次、不同医疗部门的信息化系统间，医疗信息及设备的沟通及应用，方便更准确地进行医疗信息的分配，降低医疗投入，增加医疗质量和设备的使用率，防止医疗资源的浪费[2]。虽然经过一定时间的研究，大型医疗信息共享平台的建设方面得到了明显的功效，但不一样的医疗机构，医疗信息资源系统之间相互独立，医疗信息系统还没有全部达到共享。因此，建立新的医疗信息共享平台是现在医疗数据能够及时处理的最有效手段，同时还能满足对医学数据的及时研究。近几年提出的云计算技术是一种新的服务模式、运行形式及体系，也是一种合理的组织及完全使用医疗信息的平台[3]。……
