[摘要] 目的 研究玻璃酸钠关节内注射联合隐神经阻滞治疗糖尿病合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者的疗效。方法 选择2016年1月—2017年8月该院收治62例糖尿病合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象，随机分为联合组、一般组，一般组给予玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗，联合组给予玻璃酸钠关节内注射联合隐神经阻滞治疗，对比治疗效率、疼痛、功能障碍、僵硬情况。结果 联合组治疗效率较一般组高16.12%，治疗后，疼痛、功能障碍、僵硬情况优于一般组（P<0.05）。结论 玻璃酸钠关节内注射联合隐神经阻滞治疗糖尿病合并膝关节骨性关节炎效果显著，值得借鉴。

Curative Effect of Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Saphenous Nerve Block in Treatment of Patients with Diabetes and Knee Osteoarthritis

[Abstract] Objective To research the curative effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with saphenous nerve block in treatment of patients with diabetes and knee osteoarthritis. Methods 62 cases of patients with diabetes and knee osteoarthritis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the general group were given the intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate， while the combined group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with saphenous nerve block， and the treatment effective rate， pains， dysfunction and stiffness were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the general group， which was 16.12%， and the pains， dysfunction and stiffness were better than those in the general group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with saphenous nerve block in treatment of patients with diabetes and knee osteoarthritis is obvious， which is worth reference.

膝关节骨性关节炎是一种常见的慢性进行性骨关节疾病，高发年龄段为50～59岁，患者常常伴有膝周疼痛以及功能障碍，严重者影响行走功能，对生活质量造成一定影响，骨关节病与糖尿病合并的概率并不是很大，但概率会随着随糖尿病病程延长而增加，两种疾病合并，一定程度上增加了治疗难度[1]。2016年1月—2017年8月该文旨在探讨玻璃酸钠关节内注射联合隐神经阻滞治疗糖尿病合并膝关节骨性关节炎的效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择该院收治62例糖尿病合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象，随机分为联合组、一般组，每组31例糖尿病合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者，一般组男患17例，女患14例，年龄在45～65岁之间，平均年龄（50.6±3.4）岁，单侧膝关节15例，双侧膝关节16例，联合组男患18例，女患13例，年龄在46～66岁之间，平均年龄（50.7±3.3）岁，单侧膝关节16例，双侧膝关节15例，联合组、一般组糖尿病合并膝关节骨性关节炎患者一般资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。……
