[摘要] 目的 糖尿病合并肺结核的护理对策和临床分析。方法 选取2015年1月—2017年1月收治的80例糖尿病合并肺结核患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组40例，对常规组患者实施常规护理，对实验组患者实施综合护理干预，对比两组血糖控制稳定率和痰菌转阴率。 结果 护理后，实验组的血糖控制稳定率和痰菌转阴率明显高于常规组，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合性、全面性的护理干预应用于糖尿病合并肺结核的护理中，有非常显著的疗效，可广泛推广和应用。

Nursing Countermeasures and Clinical Analysis of Diabetes Combined with Tuberculosis

[Abstract] Objective to analyze the nursing strategies and clinical analysis of diabetes mellitus combined with tuberculosis. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017， 80 cases of patients with diabetic and tuberculosis were selected as the research object， and randomly divided into two groups， with 40 cases in each group， the routine group used the routine nursing， while the experimental group used the comprehensive intervention， and the blood glucose control stability rate and negative rate of sputum bacteria were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing， the blood glucose control stability rate and negative rate of sputum bacteria were obviously higher than those in the routine group， and the differences were obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetes with tuberculosis can obtain an obvious curative effect， which is worth wide promotion and application.

结核病的高发人群即糖尿病人群，其患结核病的机制是营养不良和血糖增高以及代谢紊乱。患者患上结核病之后又会使糖尿病的病情加重，引发多种并发症，给患者带来非常大的痛苦，为了保障患者的生存质量，需对糖尿病合并肺结核患者实行针对性的护理干预，该次研究选取2015年1月—2017年1月收治的80例患者为研究对象进行探讨，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取收治的80例糖尿病合并肺结核患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组40例。常规组：男性20例，女性20例。年龄38～69岁，平均年龄为（57.89±5.66）岁。病程为2～12年，平均病程为（7.39±2.19）年。其中，5例患者为I型糖尿病，35例患者为2型糖尿病。实验组：男性18例，女性22例。年龄40～68岁，平均年龄为（57.22±5.38）岁。病程为3年～10年，平均病程为（6.98±2.36）年。其中，4例患者为I型糖尿病，36例患者为2型糖尿病。对比常规组和实验组的一般资料，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），有一定的可比性。该次研究患者均对知情同意书进行了签署。

1.2 方法

①心理护理，肺结核病和糖尿病均是慢性病，难以治愈，而且有较长的病程，因此患病之后，许多患者都会出现程度不同的抑郁、焦虑以及恐惧等情绪，带给患者的精神压力也是极大的。……
