摘 要 贫困家庭的精准识别是实施普通高校大学生精准扶贫的基础和前提。从多维视角识别和分析更能挖掘出需要资助的对象，为高校制定反贫困对策提供更为精准的科学依据。本文基于SPSS因子分析函数模型，进行精准的分析，找出有较大载荷的分量，发掘出因子的得分系数，构建有针对性的高校贫困生认定方法，针对主成分因子分析结果，提出了有针对性的对策建议。

Research on Accurate Recognition of Funded College Students

Based on Data Mining and Countermeasures

Abstract The accurate identification of poor families is the basis and prerequisite for the implementation of precision poverty alleviation for ordinary college students. Identifying and analyzing from a multi-dimensional perspective can better dig out the objects that need funding， and provide more accurate scientific basis for the university to formulate anti-poverty measures. Based on the SPSS factor analysis function model， this paper conducts precise analysis， finds out the components with larger loads， finds out the factor scores of the factors， and builds targeted methods for the identification of impoverished students in colleges and universities. According to the results of principal component analysis， this paper proposes targeted countermeasures.

1 問题的提出

党和国家一直高度重视高校困难生认定工作。近日，全国学生资助管理中心发布2018年学生资助工作要点，要求健全学生资助制度，大力推进精准资助和资助育人，着力解决好学生资助存在的不平衡、不充分问题，推动学生资助工作迈上新台阶。在这样的背景下，结合目前高校困难生认定工作中存在的困难和问题，提升学生资助工作的精准度势在必行。

2 研究对象与研究方法

本文以某学院的困难生为研究对象，围绕家庭经济困难生精准认定指标进行调研，选取了20个班级（2014-2017级），从中抽取了100名经济困难同学，发放了问卷。本次调查共发放问卷100份，回收97份，有效问卷97份。本文通过SPSS 19.0软件计算每项认定指标的权重，通过定量分析，得出主要影响因子的函数关系式，为科学合理地认定困难学生提供依据，并根据因子分析结果，提出相应的对策。
