摘 要 在当前，中国重塑工匠精神的背景下，把工匠精神培育与思想政治教育进行合理契合是必然的，具有十分重要的现实意义，在当代中国有着重要的价值。这种契合需要我们挖掘其内在的关联性进行提炼，而且要把这种契合变成教育行为中自觉的、自然的行为，需要进行多方面的合力，共同努力践行，从社会认知、职业院校人才培养方案、课程思政等多个路径入手。

The Necessity and Path of the Agreement between Spiritual Cultivation of Artisans and Ideological and Political Education

Abstract At present， under the background of reshaping the spirit of craftsmen in China， it is inevitable that the artisans spiritual cultivation and ideological and political education are in a reasonable fit. It has very important practical significance and is of great value in contemporary China. This agreement requires us to dig out its internal relevance for refinement， and it must be turned into a conscious and natural behavior in educational activities. We need to work together in many ways to work together and practice from the point of view of social cognition and occupation， college personnel training programs， curriculum ideological and other multiple paths.

當前，我国经济发展正处于转型升级的关键时期，培育和弘扬工匠精神对于建设质量强国和制造强国具有特殊重要的意义。2016年和2017年的《政府工作报告》都提到“工匠精神”，2017《政府工作报告》提出：要大力弘扬工匠精神，厚植工匠文化，恪尽职业操守，崇尚精益求精，完善激励机制，培育众多“中国工匠”，打造更多享誉世界的“中国品牌”，使中国从制造大国转为制造强国，推动中国经济发展进入质量时代。十九大报告指出“弘扬劳模精神和工匠精神，营造劳动光荣的社会风尚和精益求精的敬业风气。”在当前，中国重塑工匠精神的背景下，把思想政治教育与工匠精神的培育进行合理的契合是必然的，具有十分重要的现实意义和长远意义，如何将二者进行契合也应当成为我们研究实践的重点。

1 工匠精神培育与思想政治教育契合的必然性

1.1 价值观总体导向的一致性

社会主义核心价值观在公民层面的培育目标即是：爱国、敬业、诚信、友善，这与工匠精神在内涵上是非常一致的。……
