摘 要 近年来我国研究生招生规模不断扩大，出现研究生科研创新意识不足、实践动手能力降低、就业形势不容乐观等问题。研究生教育阶段是培养科学精神， 立志献身科学生涯的重要时期，而科学精神的培育是提高研究生整体素质的一个重要组成部分。通过分析科学精神的本质和内涵，针对我国研究生教育中科学精神培养的现状和不足，从研究生自我提高和导师引导示范、高校辅助三方面，探讨研究生教育中科学精神培养的有效途径。

On the Cultivation of Scientific Spirit in Graduate Education

Abstract In recent years， the enrollment of postgraduates in our country has been expanding constantly， resulting in problems such as lack of awareness of scientific research and innovation， reduction of practical ability and unsatisfactory employment situation. The graduate education stage is an important period to cultivate scientific spirit and devote them to the career of science. The cultivation of scientific spirit is an important part of improve the overall quality of graduate students. By analyzing the essence and connotation of scientific spirit， aiming at the current situation and insufficiency of scientific spirit training in postgraduate education， this paper explores effective ways to cultivate scientific spirit in postgraduate education from three aspects of postgraduate self improvement， mentor guidance and University assistance.

研究生教育处于我国教育结构和人才培养体系的最高层次，研究生是我国经济建设、科技进步和社会发展的重要力量，而科学精神是反映研究生整体素质的重要内容。在研究生教育规模日益扩张的今天，越来越多的研究生出现严重的用物质成就代替科学本身，用发表文章、研究成果的数量代替科学自身价值的倾向，科学精神的缺失问题备受关注。因此，加强研究生科学精神的培育，已然成为当代研究生教育管理工作的重要任务。而随着世界进入多元化时代，高层次应用型专门人才供不应求，我国研究生招生规模不断扩大，科学精神缺失问题更加尖锐。

本文旨在通过探讨科学精神在研究生教育中的现状及问题，进而寻求研究生科学精神培育的新机制、新举措。
