摘 要 高职高专教育的各种学科中，建筑装饰专业是一门很有特色又比较重要的学科，建筑装饰装修在高职高专中简称为装饰专业（以下统称装饰专业）。为了顺应社会发展需要，装饰专业的教学内容变得更充实和丰富，在对人才的培养方法上，不仅注重对装饰专业理论知识的教学，还在动手实践能力、学生的市场意识方面和创新精神都进行了系统的培养。高职院校在对关注学生在专业中的成绩以外，更加注重培养的学生是不是社会市场发展中所需要的人才，所以高职院校目前就培养方法方面展开了分析和探讨。

Research on Personnel Training Methods of Architectural Decoration

Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract Among the various disciplines in higher vocational education， architectural decoration is a special and important discipline. Building decoration is referred to as decoration professional in the higher vocational college （hereinafter referred to as decoration professional）. In order to comply with the needs of social development， the teaching content of the decorative profession has become more plentiful and enriched. In terms of training methods for talented people， it not only pays attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge about decoration， but also to hands-on practice， students' market awareness and innovative spirit. Both have been systematically trained. Higher vocational colleges are paying more attention to the students achievement in the major， and the students who pay more attention to training are not the talents needed in the development of the social market. Therefore， higher vocational colleges currently analyze and discuss the methods of cultivation.

0 前言

高職高专院校对装饰专业已经有了充分的重视程度，在对课程的设置上都进行了合理的规划并制定了规范性的教学划分。装饰行业在社会各行业中的蓬勃发展使得这一行业知识变得更加丰富和充裕，通过对装饰行业的翘楚所积累经验的研究和分析，在装饰行业中遇到的问题和困难进行总结。这些都为目前尚在学习阶段的学生提供了相应的经验累积。并且通过对装饰界前辈们经验的积累，把这些融入到教学的内容里，对高职高专院校学生有着非常重要的意义，可以更好的帮助学生理解相关理论知识，也促进了对学生的培养。本文通过研究分析高职高专院校对装饰专业方法和内容上的培养模式，在对原教学模式和培养方式进行反思并加以改进的基础上，为能为装饰行业创造出更符合市场需求的人才来造福社会而不断地努力。……
