摘 要： 针对机械设备开关类安全保护装置繁多、易出故障的现状，提出一种判定开关类安全保护装置是否处于故障状态的依据。根据此依据设计了一种开关类安全保护装置多点无线监测系统，实现了对开关故障参数的多点监测、无线传输、实时显示、故障报警。对该系统的信号采集、传送、处理以及各功能模块之间的交互进行较详细地设计与阐述。研究结果表明，开关类安全保护装置多点无线监测系统的引入可以自动检测各个机械设备上开关类安全保护装置的运行状况，可有效地帮助企业安全生产管理人员和机械操作人员发现问题。

Multi?point wireless monitoring system for switch?type safety protection device

Abstract： Since the switch?type safety protection device of mechanical equipment has various types and is easy to fault， a basis to determine whether the switch?type safety protection device is in the fault condition is proposed， and a multi?point wireless monitoring system of switch?type safety protection device is designed. The multi?point monitoring， wireless transmission， real?time display and fault alarm of the switch?type fault parameters were realized. The acquisition， transmission， processing of the system signal and interaction between the functional modules are designed and elaborated in detail. The research result indicates that the introduction of the multi?point wireless monitoring system for switch?type safety protection device can automatically detect the operating conditions of switch?type safety protection device in each mechanical equipment， and help enterprises safety managers and mechanical operators to identify the problems effectively.

0 引 言

机械设备是企业实施生产活动的核心工具和重要资源，必须采用性能可靠的安全保护装置来满足生产安全的需要[1?4]。其中，开关类安全保护装置附设在机械设备运动部件的运动轨迹沿线，起控制、调节以及限位保护等作用，以实现控制设备自动化。开关类安全保护装置在实际生产中存在下列问题：

1） 开关动作频繁造成此类安全保护装置故障率较高，使其无法发挥应有的安全保护作用，严重时还会导致设备脱轨或生产瘫痪等后果；

2） 设置安全开关的位置具有较大危险性，如起重机的限位开关设置在厂房的高架结构上，安全管理人员对其日常巡检时，存在较大的隐患；……
