植物消毒车控制系统设计

摘要：植物消毒车是海关入境报关时使用的专项消毒处理装置，通过对其控制系统进行设计以实现作业功能，以STM32F106ZET6为MCU的控制板为下位机，以安装MCGS的工业计算机为上位机，采用Modbus RTU协议实现两者通信。在MCGS中通过策略和脚本增强上位机逻辑功能；在下位机中设计数据接收软件握手程序，增强通信稳定性。控制系统功能经过实车验证，其性能稳定，人机交互界面友好，可为相关企业利用现有成熟设备组建车载控制系统提供借鉴。

Design of control system for plant disinfection vehicle

Abstract： The plant disinfection vehicle acts as a special disinfection device used in customs when plants is entered in the country. The control system for the vehicle is designed to realize the operation functions. The STM32F106ZET6 is taken as the slave computer of MCU control board， and the industrial computer installing MCGS is taken as the master computer. The Modbus RTU protocol is used to realize the communication between the host and slave computers. The strategy and script are adopted in MCGS to enhance the logistic function of host computer. The handshake procedure of data receiving software is designed in slave computer to enhance the stability of communication. The function of the control system is verified with actual vehicle. The results show that the control system has stable performance and friendly man?machine interface， and can provide the reference for related enterprises to construct the vehicle control system with available mature equipments.

按照我国法律规定，进口原木必须由检疫部门实施强制性检验检疫，合格后出具检疫证明方能报关入境。活体植物检疫消毒系统（以下简称植物消毒系统）是一种用于进口活体植物在检验检疫隔离之前进行专项消毒处理的装置，对保护国家自然生态安全具有重要意义[1?5]。原有的植物消毒系统固定安装在场地内，其供水、供电等管路需预先埋设，建造时间长，且设备使用受制于场地面积，灵活度较差，处置效率较低。通过设计一种方便移动作业的植物消毒车，解决固定式系统的不足。本文主要对其控制系统设计进行介绍。
