摘 要：高职英语专业教学中“母语文化”缺失现象严重。本文针对这一现象，采取问卷调查法，对某职业技术学院商务英语专业在校学生教学中的“母语文化”缺失进行调查分析，深入探究其原因，为“一带一路”战略背景下母语文化能更好的传承和发展提出可行性的建议和对策。

The Investigation and Strategy Analysis of the Cause of Loss of the Mother Tongue Culture of English Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Strategic Background of “One Way and One Road”

Abstract：There is a serious lack of "mother tongue culture" in Higher Vocational English teaching.In view of this phenomenon，this paper investigates and analyzes the lack of "mother tongue culture" in the teaching of the major Business English in some higher vocational college，and explores its reasons in order to put forward feasible suggestions and strategies for the better inheritance and development of mother tongue culture under the strategic background of "One Way and One Road".

一、引言

隨着“一带一路”战略构想的提出和深入推进，国际社会对此给予了广泛响应和高度认同，我国的国际地位越来越高，参与国际社会和全球治理的能力也越来越强。具有中华文化底蕴、国际视野、通晓外语、熟悉国际法律法规的国际化人才培养成为新时代的紧迫需求，高职英语教学面临着新的挑战和压力。

语言和文化是相互依存，互相影响，共同发展。文化包括语言，语言是一种特殊的文化现象，语言是在人类产生之后，随着文化的产生而形成的一种精神文化。语言作为文化的一部分，它不仅是一种文化现象，更是文化的载体。许国璋认为，“语言是人类特有的一种符号系统，当它作用于人与人的关系时，它是表达相互反应的中介；当它作用于人和客观世界的关系的时候，它是认知事物的工具；当它作用于文化的时候，它是文化信息的载体和容器” [1]。不同国家，不同民族文化相互渗透，相互影响。社会语言学家Hudson（1980）认为语言的大部分内容包括在文化之中，语言与文化的交叉部分就是从他处学来的语言部分[2]。H.H.Stern（1999）等也指出：“语言和文化相互交织，不涉及文化而教授一门语言是不可能的，文化是语言使用不可缺少的环境”[3]。……
