摘 要：隐患排查工作是煤矿企业的一项重要工作，对于煤矿企业的经营和发展具有十分重要的影响。因此，煤矿企业应该及时摒弃传统的隐患排查治理工作观念，提升对隐患排查治理工作的重视程度，强化责任意识，将企业隐患排查治理工作和领导干部的绩效工作相关联，发挥管理者的主观能动性，积极开展教育培训工作，指派专业人员进行隐患排查治理工作，通过教育活动提升企业员工的隐患排查治理意识和应急突发事件的处置能力，树立良好的安全意识，建立完善的煤矿企业隐患排查治理工作机制，严格按照操作规范开展工作，降低潜在的隐患排查治理风险，为煤矿企业的经营和发展奠定坚实的基础条件。基于此，作为煤矿企业管理人员，要不断优化安全工作理念，通过多种方式构建煤矿企业安全管理体系，实现安全管理目标，提升综合管理效能。

Abstract： Hidden trouble investigation is an important work of coal mining enterprises， and has a very important impact on the operation and development of coal mining enterprises. Therefore， coal mining enterprises should abandon the traditional concept of hidden trouble investigation and management in time， enhance the degree of attention to hidden danger investigation and control work， strengthen the sense of responsibility， and link the hidden trouble investigation and management work of enterprises with the performance work of leading cadres. They should give full play to the subjective initiative of managers， actively carry out education and training work， assign professional personnel to carry out hidden danger investigation and management work， and enhance the awareness of hidden danger investigation and management of enterprise employees and the ability to deal with emergency emergencies through educational activities， so as to establish a good sense of safety， establish a sound mechanism for the investigation and management of hidden dangers in coal mining enterprises， carry out work strictly in accordance with the operational norms， and reduce the risks of potential hidden dangers investigation and management， and lay a solid foundation for the operation and development of coal mining enterprises. Based on this， as managers of coal mining enterprises， we should constantly optimize the concept of safety work， and through a variety of ways to build a safety management system of coal mining enterprises， achieve safety management objectives， to improve the comprehensive management efficiency.

在國民经济发展过程中，煤矿企业起到了至关重要的作用，可以说，高质量的煤矿企业运行质量是国民经济健康发展的重要保证，在煤矿企业系统运行过程中，隐患排查治理同样十分重要，但是从当前的工作情况来看，隐患排查治理方面还存在较多的问题，因此，如何提升隐患排查治理的水平，是当前应该重点考虑的问题[1]。
