摘要：随着社会的多元化，建筑出现了各式各样的风格，特别是形式主义的建筑大量的出现，使得许多建筑空有其表，而忽略了功能的重要性。而“实用”是建筑最基本的特质，本文从BIG事务所提出的“实用的乌托邦”这个概念出发，探索一种新的建筑设计手法——将建筑其作品中那些 “理想化”的、看似不可实现的建筑赋予注重功能的实用主义。虽然所提出的新方法虽出乎人们预料，但在实际操作层面又确实是易于实现的。希望能从建筑的角度出发治愈城市，解决当代都市环境带给人类的许多问题，寻找建筑的本质，建立正确的建筑观，为后人留下真正有价值的建筑。

Abstract： With the diversity of society， various styles appear in architecture， especially the appearance of formalism， which makes many buildings have their own form， but ignore the importance of function. "practicality" is the most basic characteristic of architecture. This paper， starting from the concept of "practical utopia" put forward by BIG firm， explores a new architectural design technique， that is， giving functional pragmatism to those "idealized" seemingly unrealizable buildings in its works. Although the proposed new method is unexpected， it is easy to be implemented in practice. It is hoped that from the angle of architecture， the city can be cured， many problems brought to mankind by contemporary urban environment can be solved， the essence of architecture can be found， a correct architectural view can be established， and a truly valuable architecture will be left for future generations.

0 引言

BIG（Bjarke Ingels Group）事务所成立于丹麦哥本哈根，由一群活动在建筑和城市，研究和开发等领域的建筑师，设计师和思想者组成。BIG事务所建筑体系的构建源于对当代社会生活不断演进和变化的理解。他们认为多元文化的交流、全球经济波动和通信技术等因素也很重要，这些因素要求建筑和城市设计机构寻找新的发展方向和道路。在已建成的作品当中，BIG体现出在功能和技术上的创新性以及在造价和资源利用中的合理性，同时表达出对于具体的场所环境与功能要求的高度敏感性，自他们成立以来，他们一直在建筑的道路上探索一种新的模式的建筑，建立一种“乌托邦建筑”回应着时代带给问题。……
