摘要： 在我国市场经济体系的推动下，建筑行业也随之进入快速发展时期，装配式建筑作为推动我国建筑行业现代化的新型建筑技术投入到现代建筑建设中。但是在装配式建筑工程运作逐渐普及的过程中仍存在一些急需解决的问题，其中需要首要解决的是装配式建筑工程成本偏高的问题，一旦问题得到解决，装配式建筑模式即可大规模进行推广，甚至在不久之后完全可代替现浇筑混凝土施工的工程建设。本文针对装配式建筑物的特点进行解析研究，并将其与现浇筑混凝土工程进行造价预算与成本对比，分析其成本较高的原因所在，并对其工程造价预算與成本控制提出行之有效的解决措施。

Abstract： With the promotion of market economic system in China， the construction industry has also entered a period of rapid development. As a new type of building technology that promotes the modernization of China's construction industry， prefabricated buildings have been invested in modern building construction. However， there are still some problems that need to be solved in the gradual popularization process of prefabricated construction projects. Among them， the problem that needs to be solved first is the high cost of prefabricated construction projects. Once this problem is solved， the prefabricated building model can be promoted to a large scale， even in the near future， it can completely replace the construction of cast-in-place concrete construction. This article analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and compares the cost estimates and costs it with cast-in-place concrete projects， analyzes the reasons for the higher costs， and proposes effective solutions.

0 引言

装配式建筑作为一种现代建筑存在于当前建筑工程领域，其本质属于绿色节能建筑，为提升其生产效率与工程质量，对装配式建筑的未来发展规划需要从其工程造价预算与成本控制入手。在节约成本控制建筑施工所产生废气污染物的同时，推动装配式建筑的发展，成为目前工程管理项目水平提升有效措施。以工艺水平为基础，加强管理为手段，解决造价成本居高为目的展开关于装配式建筑的发展趋势研讨，促进整个建筑现代化发展，解决当前建筑工程中存在的现实性问题。
